1. Mental Preparation - Develop your mind to achieve your goals and compete at a higher level. Train your mind in five areas - skill development, game knowledge, performance reaction, visualize game situation and achieve training goals.
2. Vision Training - Develop the eye muscles and visual system to increase your reaction time, hand-eye coordination, peripheral vision and depth perception.
3. Warm-ups - Dynamic Stretching Exercise will lower your chance of injury. This exercise consist of 5 mins of walking or jogging in place to warm up the muscles, 5 mins of joint rotations, neck mobility, shoulder circles, arm swings, side bends, hip circles and twists, half squats and leg swings.
4. Flexibility Training - If your body is relaxed, it will be more responsive to flexibility training. Listening to music and focusing on your breathing can help you relax as you stretch. You may also want to explore yoga in addition to stretching classes. Yoga disciplines include relaxation, visualization and other mind-body techniques designed to reduce stress and allow the mind to relax.
5. Speed & Agility - By utilizing sport specific training techniques you will focus on balance, power and explosion movement distinct to your sport. We beleive that speed is the most crucial element in sports performance and with this in mind we are dedicated to helping you reach your maximum potential on and off the field.
6. Balance and Core Strength - Improving your coordination and balance will enhance your body control. By focusing on movement techniques in your sport will greatly improve your speed in the game.

Strength Training - Develop
sport-specific strength, power, movement and conditioning. A stronger
body allows you to play the game at a faster pace and higher level.
